SPINNING

Indoor cycling, or as many call it -"Spinning" - is an organized activity and exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom type setting.


While you may doubt you could keep up, truth be told, spinning is one group class in which exercisers of all levels can happily coexist.  GET READY TO RIDE!


MORNING CLASS SCHEDULE:  

Wednesday & Friday

6:00am - 7:00am

All levels are welcome



EVENING CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday & Wednesday

5:30pm

This 40 minute beginner class is designed to build up your endurance

within a 30 minute window. Allowing yourself a much

needed time frame to warm up and cool down.
